Dzień Dobry,
Jest nam niezmiernie miło zaprosić Państwa na tegoroczną Abilimpiadę, która odbędzie się w dniach 11.09-13.09.2020 w Ośrodku Rehabilitacyjnym POLANIKA w Kompleksie Świętokrzyska Polana koło Kielc. W tym roku uczestnicy zmierzą się w 5 konkurencjach: decoupage, robótki na drutach/szydełkowanie, sudoku, warcaby, konkurencja open.Dodatkowo odbędą się warsztaty fotograficzne dla wszystkich chętnych. Jak co roku uczestnikom zapewniamy zakwaterowanie, wyżywienie i zwrot kosztów podróży.
W załączeniu przesyłam podstawowe informacje, kartę zgłoszeniową, regulamin, opis i harmonogram konkurencji. Warto, by uczestnicy się z nimi zapoznali. Proszę także o zwrócenie uwagi na informację (zawartą w opisie konkurencji) jakie materiały zapewniamy uczestnikom, a jakie muszą przywieźć ze sobą.
Zwracamy się do Państwa z prośbą o wydrukowanie ogłoszenia o Abilimpiadzie i umieszczenie go na tablicach informacyjnych w biurach Oddziałów (Abilimpiada-plakat A4), a także przekazanie informacji swoim członkom mailowo lub telefonicznie.
Pierwszym etapem rekrutacji będzie wypełnienie i dostarczenie przez zainteresowanego formularza zgłoszeniowego do projektu drogą pocztową lub e-mailową do najbliższego Oddziału PTSR, bądź bezpośrednio do biur Oddziałów PTSR. Do formularza załączyć należy również aktualne orzeczenie o stopniu niepełnosprawności lub aktualne orzeczenie o niepełnosprawności, bądź aktualne orzeczenie równoważnego (orzeczenie lekarza orzecznika ZUS).
Każdy Oddział PTSR może zgłosić na Abilimpiadę dwoje uczestników. Oddział może zgłosić więcej niż dwoje regulaminowych uczestników, jednakże będą oni umieszczeni na liście rezerwowej. O zakwalifikowaniu będzie decydowała kolejność zgłoszeń. Zgłoszenia przyjmujemy do 11 sierpnia.
