Aktualności:
1. Nadal przypominamy o konieczności opłacenia składek do RG PTSR czas upłynął do końca kwartału 2021r. (Wysokość 10 proc od wpłaconych składek do Was).
2. Prosimy oddziały, które już mają sprawozdania o przesłanie sprawozdań finansowych i merytorycznych – stanowić one będą też podstawę do opracowania powyższej ankiety.
3. Do 30 czerwca 2021 r. został wydłużony termin rozliczenia rocznego CIT przez podatników podatku dochodowego od osób prawnych.
4. W 2021 r. organizacje pożytku publicznego będą musiały zamieścić sprawozdanie merytoryczne oraz sprawozdanie finansowe w bazie sprawozdań OPP do 15 października 2021 r.
5. Ministerstwo Finansów – w roku 2021 obowiązują zatem następujące terminy:
- Sporządzenie sprawozdania finansowego i podpisanie go przez zarząd organizacji do 30 czerwca 2021,
- Zatwierdzenie sprawozdania finansowego do 30 września 2021,
- Organizacje prowadzące działalność gospodarczą do Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego w ciągu 15 dni od daty zatwierdzenia, czyli najpóźniej do 15 października 2021,
- Organizacje nieprowadzące działalności gospodarczej do Krajowej Administracji Skarbowej w ciągu 10 dni od momentu zatwierdzenia, czyli najpóźniej do 10 października 2021.
